Okay, it's official, I like the new extension Tab Mix Plus. Not only does it take the place of two of my favorite extensions, Tab Mix Plus does it better than the previous two. Get Firefox 3 and then go find Tab Mix Plus! (If the official FF3 version is not yet released, the beta is linked to from the extension's page on Mozilla.) See the side bar for links.
How is it better? First the little tab button on the side (the one that opens a new tab) looks prettier. When you load a new page, the tab shows the loading progress of the page being loaded. Now both of these are probably FF3 enhancements, they just aren't visible without tweaking. Tab Mix Plus makes the tweaking easier to not necessary (they've done the tweak for you). Finally, (for this post only), there are a large amount of options you can tweak for Tab Mix Plus in the Options menu.
Become a power user, use FF3 and grab the extensions I've listed on the sidebar.

Weird Al
What?! Two posts in one day?! What has this world come to? ... !
Anyway, I just found out yesterday that one of my two favorite music groups is coming to town in just a mere two weeks! Weird Al Yankovic is making his first ever stop (as far as I know) in Louisville, KY. He's been to Indy, King's Island in Ohio, and I think probably St. Louis and Tenn. The times he's been to King's Island and Indy, I was ill prepared to go... but this time I'm there.
The concert is at Iroquois Park Amphitheater on July 4th. I've heard his concerts are always great!
Firefox 3 and TabBrowser Preferences
Don't you hate it when your favorite piece of software is no longer supported, developed or stops working because it won't work on the latest hardware or operating system (OS)? Well, such is the case for me with TabBrowser Preferences. I love this add-on... it is one of the must haves for Firefox (in my opinion), but it seems others, too. Since I've upgraded to Firefox 3 at work, TabBrowser Preferences has stopped working; it doesn't pass the version test. As such, I've not upgraded to FF3 at home.
There are some great advantageous to FF3, and I'm liking the new address bar features. I don't like how it is trying to mimic IE7 with the back/forward buttons (and I know IE7 is mimicking some other webbrowser), I preferred the older style.
But, anyway, back to my rant! I may have to drop TabBrowser Preferences from my list on the sidebar. Someone mentioned Tab Mix Plus, which looks promising, but is listed as "for older FF versions". Alas, according to the developer, the update is coming. I'll give it a try and let you all know.

Badgers and Narnia
So, Noelle and I went to see a movie last night, it was The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian. It was very well done, great CG and all that. I think there were enough differences between the book and the movie that detracted from the movie a bit (Susan and Caspian attraction... where did that come from?). The movie, I think lacked something, or something should have been included that was in the book or excluded that wasn't in the book... I don't know. I liked the first movie better. ... That's not to say I did not enjoy this one, I did!
Oh! I just noticed the movie is rated PG. The movie is underrated. The battles, while not bloody, are very violent with people getting squished and full on face to face sword slashing, mace bashing, and pike thrusting.
Did anyone notice the entrance of Aslan and the kings and queens back into Telmarine looked very similar to Jesus' ride into Jerusalem? I thought that was very cool and a proper thing to do, good job Disney and the others.
Finally, the first time I saw the badger in the movie, and several times after, all I could think about was "Badgers, Badgers, Badgers (Mushroom, Mushroom)". Click the link! (You'll thank/hate me later.)
